The thrive diet is a raw-food diet where you eat raw plant-based, whole foods.

Vegan diets are known to lower cancer risk by 15% and improve kidney function. Research suggests that vegan diets help reduce symptoms of arthritis which include pain, joint swelling, morning stiffness. A vegan diet also helps reduce the risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease.
